The incumbent would provide an efficient maintenance support service through the successful implementation, managing and carrying out of breakdowns, changeovers, implementation of an effective preventative maintenance programme, control and direct the activities of subordinates and external contractors to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operation of all machines and services for production. This involves implementing, managing and carrying out: breakdowns, changeovers, preventative maintenance, safety requirements, product development initiatives, and budget control and productivity savings initiatives. Also to draft and maintain the critical spares list

Qualifications and Experience
•Grade 12 with maths and science
•Qualified fitter
•Atleast 3-5 years hands- on experience in a FMCG environment
•Good understanding of PLC’s
•Exposure to food safety audits
