• Draw up schedules using MS Project or other available software packages.
• Co-ordinate and control acceptance test procedures (ATP).
• Arrange handover of projects to clients when projects are completed including as built documentation.
• Manage all resources to ensure optimum productivity.
• Promote and manage Safety and Loss Control program.
• Ensure that the Quality Control of work is adhered to.
• Consultation with Clients for current and future business.
• Manage the Regional office including financial statements, invoices and tenders.
• Manage human resources.
• Do quotations per project and manage budgets accordingly to ensure completion within budget costing.
• Ensuring that all contractors as well as supplier’s invoices are reconciled and processed as per the current financial system.
• Coordinate and verify contractor’s compliance to EHSA laws and regulations
